What will be your role in the organization and your main responsibilities?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HR Intern – Working on and supporting HR projects and tasks, with a special focus on performance management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Getting the opportunity to support an innovative and ambitious company from the HRM department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there any specific projects or tasks you’re particularly passionate about?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Improving employee engagement old and new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I worked in recruitment, which taught me to be look for the right qualities in people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last semester I studied in Sweden for a semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing is ever rigid, you can always find other ways to do or look at things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
