It\u2019s an opportunity to express your gratitude, acknowledge hard work, and celebrate the positive impact your colleagues have made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of each month, we will be opening the box and reading the notes \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Participate:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Find the Box<\/strong>: We have placed an appreciation box in the office garden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Write Your Message<\/strong>: Grab a piece of paper and pen, and write your message of appreciation.
