What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What excites me the most is gaining hands-on experience with real-world HR practices. I can\u2019t wait to see how things are done at TKH Airport Solutions and find out how I can play a role in supporting the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there any specific projects or tasks you\u2019re particularly passionate about?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am passionate about learning more and getting involved in tasks like onboarding, recruitment, or HR data analysis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, I worked for two years at Decathlon as a sales employee. At Decathlon, I developed two strengths that will help me succeed at this company: being open and unafraid to ask for guidance when needed, so I can continuously improve, and my ability to work effectively in teams, where collaboration is essential for smooth operations and strong group dynamics. At Saxion, on the other hand, I learned how to apply professionalism in both academic and work settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you share one\/two interesting fact(s) about yourself?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have 2 chihuahuas and I love cinematography! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some of your favorite weekend activities or hobbies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Movie watching, playing competitive games and spending time outside with my family! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your career or life?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It’s okay to start all over again.” I\u2019ve faced difficult moments in life when I didn\u2019t think I had the courage to make a change, even if it meant starting all over again. But when I finally did, it became one of the most positive turning points in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s one piece of advice or insight you\u2019d like to share with your new colleagues?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is important to support each other and communicate openly. A strong team makes everything smoother and more enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s one career achievement that you are most proud of?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
