During the recent internal\u00a0ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit, it was observed that there is\u00a0insufficient awareness of organizational and procedural changes\u00a0across various departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that employees are not always informed about changes that affect our quality and environmental management systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why is this important?<\/strong><br>According to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, all employees involved in relevant processes must be\u00a0aware of changes\u00a0that impact their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New or updated work instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes in responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates to processes or systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental measures or compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What can you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read internal communications about process changes carefully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask questions if you&#8217;re unsure how a change affects your work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify your manager if you feel a change hasn\u2019t been clearly communicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the QEMS documentation for the latest updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we doing as an organization?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are improving communication around changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We ensure updates to the management system are clearly shared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We actively involve departments in the change process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, we ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact the QHSE team or your manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear colleagues, This message comes from our QHSE team.
