How long have you been working for TKH Airport Solutions?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I will start at the 1st<\/sup> of October 2021 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your role in TKH Airport Solutions? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I will start as a Junior Hardware Engineer in the team in Haaksbergen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What specialism can you offer to your colleagues?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Analog (IC) design, Digital hardware design (VHDL), Mathematical modelling, Automatization and scripting, Wireless communication techniques, Low-level (microcontroller) programming, Web (interface) design, 3D modelling <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you tell us a bit about your personal life? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have a small webshop together with my brother that sells wooden city maps for interior decoration at www.bekroned.nl<\/a> . To make these wooden maps we bought a laser engraving\/cutting machine. I develop and maintain the website and tools, while my brother handles the administrative & marketing side. Furthermore I enjoy playing guitar, watch series\/films with friends, cooking, cycling, playing card\/board games and doing varying creative hobby projects often involving the laser cutter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite travel destination?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Japan. I did my internship in Nara, Japan. For my internship I studied the Japanese language and I became fascinated with the country, culture and the food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is on top of your bucket list?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A long road trip in an eastern country like Japan, China or Korea <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can somebody wake you up for at night?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If someone needs help with something I’m always happy to help out, even if they wake me up at night<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does a typical Sunday look like for you? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sleeping in, visiting relatives, hobbying, cooking something special <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the best advice you ever received?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Don’t worry, be happy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do your coworkers not know about you yet?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I regularly collect litter in the neighborhood while listening to audio books. I find this a very relaxing activity since it clears your mind while not being boring due to the audio book. Also the neighborhood gets cleaned of litter which leaves a feeling of satisfaction. Oftentimes people will stop and make some small talk, which is a nice addition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
