Company guidelines

Find below a list of company guidelines and procedures that may help you getting the most out of your job at TKH Airport Solutions.

Confidential Officers

TKH Group is committed to an open culture in which employees can openly discuss any concerns, problems or abuses.

The Whistleblower Procedure provides for a procedure under which employees can raise such topics (see attached). This policy applies to all employees of TKH Group N.V. and its group companies.

Employees can consult the Confidential Officer within TKH Airport Solutions about suspicions of possible misconduct. An Employee can discuss his or her concerns with the Confidential Officer in confidence.

Matching our company culture, employees are encouraged to first report matters to their (direct) manager or supervisor. However, if for any reason this is not appropriate, the Employee should raise the concern with the responsible Confidential Officer or our Managing Board.

As an employee of TKH Airport Solutions you are free in contacting any of the Confidential Officers within TKH Airport Solutions.

The following persons have been appointed as the Confidential Officers within TKH Airport Solutions:

• Jette Stryger (Located in Denmark)
• Bernhard Rupprath (Located in Germany)
• Marije ten Vergert (Located in The Netherlands)

Internal Safety

Safety is a fundamental principle in all of our operations. As a global organization with locations in multiple countries, we understand the importance of fostering a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and partners. On each of our locations you will discover that our unwavering commitment to safety is a universal language that transcends borders. 

The personal safety always gets in front of all others. Every employee should be aware of the local safety instructions. Every employee is responsible to be up to date of the local safety guidelines. New employees starting their work with TKH Airport Solutions get a safety instruction during their onboarding process, further explaining local safety guidelines and where to find the most updated versions.  

Within TKH Airport Solutions we have a Safety Person on every location:

Together we can keep the safety within the company to a high level. Keep an eye on your own safety, but also the safety of others. Therefore we created a Incident report, where you can report (almost) incidents. Hereby we can learn from what happened and make sure it won’t happen in future again.
