Since 1971 EKB has grown from a small panel building department in Amsterdam to a national service provider in the field of industrial automation with five branches in the Netherlands. Starting with a handful of people, the company now employs over 200 enthusiastic and driven employees with a passion for industrial automation.
Once started as a panel builder, we now prefer to describe ourselves as a partner in industrial automation. We still build high-quality control cabinets, but in addition we mainly focus on providing automation solutions with which we can guarantee the production continuity of our customers and increase their production quality.
The great strength of EKB lies in the enormous expertise and experience that makes it possible to solve virtually any problem in the field of industrial automation efficiently and accurately. This regardless of the size and complexity of the assignment. In addition to stand-alone solutions, production lines and entire factories can be automated. The starting point is reliable and optimally efficient production based on innovative solutions, such as Machine Vision, Robotics and Data analytics. EKB focuses on a sustainable increase of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) so that production is more profitable and downtime and waste are limited.
