As an aspiring bachelor’s degree candidate in International Human Resource Management, I am presently engaged in the composition of my thesis. The focal point of my research endeavors lies in exploring strategies that TKH Airport Solutions can adopt to enhance employee engagement with e-learning.
I am now at the stage where I need to conduct my research and that is where you come in. My research method will be in the form of a survey. Your feedback is crucial in helping my research to understand the barriers and motivations related to e-learning.
