What will be your role in the organization and your main responsibilities?
I am an HR intern. For now I have different projects that I am focusing on. Those projects include topics of Health and Safety Management for instance.
What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?
It is exciting to gain new knowledge about working in HR and making new experiences. I am excited to join an international team here at TKH.
Are there any specific projects or tasks you’re particularly passionate about?
I am really interested in recruiting and finding new ways to gain the interest of potential job candidates.
How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?
I am a Human Resource Management student which prepared e with a lot of knowledge about the HR field. I am now looking forward to turn this knowledge into action.
Can you share one/two interesting fact(s) about yourself?
I have a lifeguard license from when I used to be part of DLRG (German Life Saving Association) and I have a Dachshund called Theo.
What are some of your favorite weekend activities or hobbies?
I usually like to spend time with my friends, travel to new cities and places, and I really enjoy music. Besides that I enjoy spending time with my dog Theo.
Is there a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your career or life?
Every experience is worth it.
What’s one piece of advice or insight you’d like to share with your new colleagues?
I always try to remind myself that it is important to take it slow and to not stress yourself too much when it is out of your control.
What’s one career achievement that you are most proud of?
My first student job in HR is something I am really proud. I worked there from 2022 till 2023.
