We want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible efforts and contributions of every individual and department within our organization. To do this, we are excited to introduce a new initiative: The Appreciation Box!
What is The Appreciation Box?
The Appreciation Box is a special initiative where each of you can write something nice about a fellow employee or department. It’s an opportunity to express your gratitude, acknowledge hard work, and celebrate the positive impact your colleagues have made. At the end of the summer holidays, we will gather all the messages and read them aloud, creating a moment of collective appreciation and joy.
How to Participate:
- Find the Box: We have placed an appreciation box in the office garden.
- Write Your Message: Grab a piece of paper and pen, and write your message of appreciation. Feel free to include specific examples of how your colleague or department has made a difference.
- Submit Your Card: Drop your card into the appreciation box.
- Spread the Word: Encourage others to participate by sharing your positive experiences and the impact this initiative can have.
