What will be your role in the organization and your main responsibilities?
As a field service engineer, I have to represent the company professionally, being someone that on the ground will be ensuring company’s vision, mission, ethics and standards are observed. The role to ensure proper installation, maintenance and support if necessary for all our product lines. Responsibilities includes, installation of all our products that are done in accordance to specifications, safety, standard and regulatory compliance. If necessary, maintenance, repair and support for our products and for the clients using it. Keep records and report for every task assigned. Will collaborate with the team as communication is vital specially when challenges are encountered. I will engage in continuous development for new advancements through training and self-learning.
What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?
I am excited to be able work with the first, latest and only technology in airfield lighting which is the CEDD AGL, to finally experience it with the brilliant minds of the people that made it is something to look forward to.
Are there any specific projects or tasks you’re particularly passionate about?
On those years being on the field service, I find joy when I set-up the AGL control systems from start to finish with the challenges along the task. And in the end, you see satisfied personnel who will be using it.
How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?
I have been on both doing maintenance and project. As part of maintenance that was part also of the end-user the understanding on some issues and what are required on the airfield will help. Then as being on the same role before doing project being able to finish the task on time and able to tackle and resolves issues will help me succeed in this company.
Can you share one/two interesting fact(s) about yourself?
– On both professional and personal life for every new thing that give me interest and for challenges that come, I take it seriously and calmly. Analyze and tackle things logically. And I learn fast then apply it.
– Outside of work, I am a family-oriented individual, who finds joy at home with 10 adorable dogs which are part of my family also. Enjoy activities with them, nature trips or just simple activities at home.
What are some of your favorite weekend activities or hobbies?
When in the home country spend time with family most of the time do some random activities together. Hobbies include do DIY projects at home, long walks with dogs, cook for the family and motorcycle rides on random good places.
Is there a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your career or life?
Pardon me for being religious in a way. The simple and ultimate mantra for me both career or life is “ Put God in the center “, if we follow his teachings and communicate to him we become good individual and all aspects in life will follow.
What’s one piece of advice or insight you’d like to share with your new colleagues?

What’s one career achievement that you are most proud of?
It was 2021, when I went home to my home country to be part of two projects that is first in the country. Manila International Airport’s first runway stopbar controlled lights. And Clark international Airport’s visual docking guidance systems.
