Dear colleagues,
This message comes from our QHSE team. During the recent internal ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit, it was observed that there is insufficient awareness of organizational and procedural changes across various departments.
This means that employees are not always informed about changes that affect our quality and environmental management systems.
Why is this important?
According to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, all employees involved in relevant processes must be aware of changes that impact their work.
This includes:
- New or updated work instructions
- Changes in responsibilities
- Updates to processes or systems
- Environmental measures or compliance requirements
What can you do?
- Read internal communications about process changes carefully.
- Ask questions if you’re unsure how a change affects your work.
- Notify your manager if you feel a change hasn’t been clearly communicated.
- Check the QEMS documentation for the latest updates.
What are we doing as an organization?
- We are improving communication around changes.
- We ensure updates to the management system are clearly shared.
- We actively involve departments in the change process.
Together, we ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
If you have any questions, please contact the QHSE team or your manager.
