Apple Pie Overnight Oats – For Lazy-Mornings

Hey everyone!

If you’re not a morning person (like me) but still want a cozy, filling breakfast , this one’s a game changer. These Apple Pie Overnight Oats taste like dessert but are actually healthy, quick, and perfect for busy workdays.

Ingredients

For the apples:

· 1 apple (chopped small)

· A pinch of cinnamon

· 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

· A tiny pinch of salt

For the oats:

· ¾ cup (about 180 ml) milk or plant milk

· ½ cup rolled oats

· 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but helps thicken)

· ½ tsp cinnamon

· 1 tsp vanilla extract

· 1–2 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)

· A bit more maple syrup or honey to taste

Topping:

· A few spoons of Greek yogurt

How to Make It

1. Cook the apples: In a small pan, warm up the chopped apple with cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt for about 8–10 minutes until soft and caramelized.

2. Mix the oats: In a jar or container, combine milk, oats, chia seeds, nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a drizzle of sweetener. Stir well.

3. Assemble:

  • Spoon the oat mixture into a jar or container.
  • Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top.
  • Finish with the warm cooked apples on top of the yogurt.

4. Chill: Cover and leave in the fridge overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).

5. Enjoy: Grab it straight from the fridge in the morning ,or warm it up a little if you prefer!
