Dear colleagues,
As you may have noticed, DNV recently audited all our locations in Denmark, Germany, and The Netherlands as part of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. This was the final phase of the certification program we began in 2023.
First, I would like to thank everyone who participated in the audits for your time and cooperation. Your openness with the auditors was greatly appreciated and will help us take the next steps in improving our company.
We have now received the audit report. The overall results are:
| Non conformities | 0 |
| Major non conformities | 0 |
| Minor non conformities | 0 |
| Observations | 0 |
| Points for improvements | 3 |
DNV highlighted several strengths:
- The PCP process is functioning well
- The KPI’s provide good transparency
- Bamboo HR will support better management of HR processes
They also suggest area for improvement:
- Make environmental considerations more visible in projects and processes.
- Strengthen the risk analysis.
- Improve the chemical cabinets at each location.
We will implement these improvements and track them through our continuous improvement process.
In 2026, we will begin a new three-year ISO certification cycle. This means the next audit will cover all our processes.
The dates for the audits are already fixed, and I would like to use this opportunity to communicate them:
- The Netherlands -> 12-14 of October 2026
- Denmark -> 16-17 of September 2026
- Germany -> 1-3 of July 2026
Thank you again and don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any question.
Alexandre Neuillet
