How long have you been working for TKH Airport Solutions?
Two years ago I did my internship here at TKH. Currently I´m in my last year from my education and these five months I´m also going to do my internship here at TKH.
What can you tell us about your role in TKH Airport Solutions?
I´m an HR- intern. I will help Kimberlie out with subjects that have to do with HR :).
What does your typical workday look like?
Get myself a glass/bottle of water, have a little chat with my colleagues while starting up my pc etc. After that I’ll start with my to-do list.
What specialism can you offer to your colleagues?
I’m not very specialized yet haha, but I’ll make sure that I’m a nice colleague to work with and that I can help out a lot.
Can you tell us a bit about your personal life?
Of course, my hobbies are playing tennis, watching football (with friends) and hang out with my friends. I have two little sisters and we all live together with my parents in Oldenzaal. I like to visit cities with my friends, get to know about different cultures.
What is on top of your bucket list?
Sounds a little bit boring, but having children is on top of my bucket list.
Also I would like to see Nadal (tennis player) one time before he retires. I went to different tournaments and every time I had to miss it because he pulled out because of an injury or he lost in the early stages of a tournament :(.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Austria (skiing)
What can somebody wake you up for at night?
Nothing :D. If someone needs my help I will wake up, but other than that there’s nothing that can pull me out of my bed.
What does a typical Sunday look like for you?
09:30 I have my tennis training. After that I relax a little bit, watch some sports on TV. In the evening my girlfriend and I cook ourselves a nice dish (we like to cook together).
What is the best advice that you ever received?
If you are angry, don’t talk. You will regret the things you said 99 out of a 100 times.
What else do your colleagues not know about you yet?
This year our house in Oldenzaal exploded because of a gas explosion so we are currently living in another house. It seems like we are able to start building a house at the end of this year. I’m currently still recovering from it (PTSD) , but considered what happened it’s not the worst case. Slowly everything will become better :).
