As you may know some time ago 5 core values of TKH Airport Solutions have been set up. These 5 values have been linked to different months of the year. The goal with these values is to help everyone develop themselves as a business professional and person.
Just to remind everyone, the core values are:

- We embrace customers
- We go the extra mile
- We elevate standards
- We empower ambition
These values have currently been a bit unknown to everyone, but that is going to change. Like mentioned before all values have been linked to different months of the year. The plan for the upcoming time is to give information through this platform about the different core values and how we want to implement them in our current business environment.
October is linked to: “we accelerate sustainability”. This month can be used as an example of how we would like to picture the implementation of the core values. Next week we will introduce an activity for all employees surrounding sustainability. In the following days some informational posts about the topic will be shared, so be on the look-out for that!
