What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?
What excites me the most is gaining hands-on experience with real-world HR practices. I can’t wait to see how things are done at TKH Airport Solutions and find out how I can play a role in supporting the team.
Are there any specific projects or tasks you’re particularly passionate about?
I am passionate about learning more and getting involved in tasks like onboarding, recruitment, or HR data analysis.
How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?
Previously, I worked for two years at Decathlon as a sales employee. At Decathlon, I developed two strengths that will help me succeed at this company: being open and unafraid to ask for guidance when needed, so I can continuously improve, and my ability to work effectively in teams, where collaboration is essential for smooth operations and strong group dynamics. At Saxion, on the other hand, I learned how to apply professionalism in both academic and work settings.
Can you share one/two interesting fact(s) about yourself?
I have 2 chihuahuas and I love cinematography!
What are some of your favorite weekend activities or hobbies?
Movie watching, playing competitive games and spending time outside with my family!
Is there a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your career or life?
“It’s okay to start all over again.” I’ve faced difficult moments in life when I didn’t think I had the courage to make a change, even if it meant starting all over again. But when I finally did, it became one of the most positive turning points in my life.
What’s one piece of advice or insight you’d like to share with your new colleagues?
It is important to support each other and communicate openly. A strong team makes everything smoother and more enjoyable.
