What will be your role in the organization and your main responsibilities?
I will work as a Marketing & Sales Intern, focusing on market research, customer portal analysis, and supporting marketing campaigns.
What excites you the most about joining TKH Airport Solutions?
What excites me the most about joining TKH Group is the opportunity to take responsibility for meaningful projects, such as improving the customer portal through market research. I enjoy figuring things out independently, testing new ideas, and learning from the process to achieve the best possible results.
Are there any specific projects or tasks you’re particularly passionate about?
I am particularly passionate about working on the customer portal. I find it interesting to conduct my own research, create a plan, implement that plan, and then analyze and improve it based on the results. This project feels quite entrepreneurial, which really motivates me because I like taking initiative and seeing the direct impact of my work.
How can your previous work experiences help you succeed in this company?
I don’t have much experience in marketing yet, but my previous jobs have helped me develop useful skills. Working at a busy nightclub taught me to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure. My seasonal warehouse job helped me become organized and reliable. These experiences will help me learn quickly and do my best at TKH Airport Solutions.
Can you share one/two interesting fact(s) about yourself?
Although I’m a business student, three topics that have nothing to do with business which I really enjoy learning about in my spare time are psychology, programming, and theology.
What are some of your favorite weekend activities or hobbies?
Reading a lot, teaching myself how to program, going to the gym, going on walks.
Is there a favorite quote or mantra that inspires you in your career or life?
And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.
What’s one piece of advice or insight you’d like to share with your new colleagues?
Don’t wait to ever feel motivated, it is not the cause of hard productive work, but the result. Once you work hard together towards a goal, only then you will start feeling motivated.
What’s one career achievement that you are most proud of?
I’m still early in my career, so I’m proud of staying committed to my studies while gaining work experience. Balancing work, education and my time consuming hobbies has taught me discipline and time management, which I believe will help me succeed in this internship and future projects.
