What can you tell us about your role in TKH Airport Solutions?
I’m responsible for all HR activities within TKH Airport Solutions wide.
What does your typical workday look like?
Every day is different. That is actually what I enjoy about my work. I usually start at 8.30 with my e-mail and missed calls. After that I start with my to do list. This is a list with various items and not only HR related.
What specialism can you offer to your colleagues?
Everything related to HR, workplace safety or processes.
Can you tell us a bit about your personal life? Family, hobbies, etc.
I’m married with Martijn and together we have two daughters: Esmee (5) and Rozemarijn (7). We live in Haaksbergen. I like to spend time with family and friends. I love to be around people but it doesn’t matter if I work-out with a friend, go out dancing or having a big family diner. But when I’m not surrounded by people, I like to watch movies and series on Netflix or other streaming services.
What is on top of your bucket list?
Travel! I have a lot of cities/countries on my bucket list.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Italy, I like the country, people, culture, history and food. We travel at least once a year to Italy.
What can somebody wake you up for at night?
Pizza 😉
What does a typical Sunday look like for you?
Usually starts with a relaxed morning and take a walk in the woods with our dog Noa. We try to use our Sundays for some family quality time :-).
What is the best advice that you ever received?
You will get what you had, if you do what you did.
What else do your colleagues not know about you yet?
I have been an international synchronized swimmer for 16 years.
